Meet The Illustrators

Book 1 Mysteries of Maybelle Artistic Team

I mostly go my the name Luna or Luny on my social platforms,   I'm a young self-taught artist who strives in a semi realistic  and cartoon style of art, I mostly enjoy doing portrait works and animal paintings. Probably the medium I use most of all is water colours but I do also like to venture into other mediums as well from time to time. What I mostly strive for in my art is to show a part of the difficulty in reality and emotions. Art is a good way to express something I might feel or want to say. I am currently homeschooling, because I had struggles in the high school I use to go to. This way of learning has helped me in many ways such as  helping with my anxiety and stress, it has also given me the opportunity to focus on the things I love, want to improve on and learn more about.

AKA Shadow263
I was an artist ever since I could grab a pencil.
I have drawn tons of images over the years, some good, some bad and really had the talent all the way through.
I was quite fascinated by art especially the anime art (big fan of anime here) but also other topics as well and so after a while of looking at all kinds of work and being given my own tablet to draw with, my journey began. I began making my own digital art!  Now I have gone through all the stages every new artist goes through before getting a hold of their own artistic style. I had my rough times here and there, had troubles improving and not finding the resources I needed and at times wanting to give up but I'm glad I didn't as I would not be where I am now if it was not for the determination and hope that I can achieve my dream if I keep at it. I went through a faze of having a tutor come over to give me a hand and guidance to better improve my work and oh boy was my tutor the best tutor you could ever ask for! He taught me way more than I asked for and really helped guide me on the right path to success, so who knows where I would be now without him. Soon enough I started learning things myself, building my own artstyle and pretty much fulfilling my long awaited dream to be a Digital Artist. And now days I'm enjoying every second I am drawing, creating amazing work that I share with people across the internet, getting to meet so many amazing people who sometimes come across the same problems I had and overcame which I then help them with or meeting people who I end up being really good friends with and help each other out. I could never, ever! regret the hard times I went through because that shows how much thought and love and passion I put into every single picture I make. And so to this day forward, I'll keep drawing and drawing and drawing and drawing until the day I die.
