Book Review: Whisper Duology by Lynette Nonie

This gripping duology is set in an undercover government lab, it starts off with a girl who hasn't spoken a single word in a whole year. Lynette Noni sticks to her true writing style and she just captures you right from that first page, making it impossible to put the books down. This duology is AWESOME! Although, when you do start reading whisper, make sure you already have that copy of Weapon ready to go because Lynette leaves us all on the worst ever cliffhanger at the end of Whisper, which I'm sure she did to torture us all for the year that we had to wait for Weapon's release, but it's out now, so buy them together!

I recommend this duology for readers who love dystopian, magical mysteries and books with lots of twists and turns.  It's a YA series, so not for kids, some of the scenes are quite graphic and many of the mature concepts may be lost on a younger audience.
